I recently had the pleasure of staying at this excellent property right on the beach, and I must say it was a truly enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the cleanliness and tidiness of the place. The highlight of this property is its convenient location. It is situated just 250 meters away from the beach, allowing easy access to the beautiful sands and crystal-clear waters. This proximity to the beach also means breathtaking views and the soothing sound of the ocean waves are just a stone's throw away. One of the things that truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding hospitality provided by the host, Sam. He went above and beyond to ensure that all guests felt welcomed and comfortable during their stay. Sam's knowledge about Goa Tourism was exceptional, and he was always ready to provide valuable insights and recommendations on the best places to visit and things to do in the area. The property also offers a delicious breakfast option, which is conveniently located just 250 meters away. This nearby breakfast spot was a perfect way to start my day, with a variety of tasty options. Sam, the host was so helpful. His communication was great. We booked fairly last minute, and he was sure to send a detailed message with check-in instructions. He met us at the property and was super helpful with any travel questions we had. The location was great, short walk to the beach and some really nice restaurants and bars along the front.

Bathroom equipment a bit old (broken sink…) Although not the manager’s fault, the bike renting was a total rip off for poor quality bicycles Off season is the moment the staff is refurbishing the place. With so many little houses in the resort, why chose the one we were in to diy on our balcony?
