The rules are tyrannical! Can’t have a drink by the pool. No smoking area anywhere. Moderately loud music is forbidden even at 11am. Staff could be friendlier

They don’t have parking. So you are forced to park at the paid underground parking as the apartment building. Which costs on average R150/day and reach up to R700 per day if you leave your car parked all day.

Staff is not friendly, room was not worth the price, booking rules are very bad especially when they say the person who booked must be available to check-in what if he/she had emergency that needed him/her and end up not making it and then other people make it that means rest of people will be stranded because the person who booked did not make it

ZALocation is good and not badly priced. Furniture and appliances are new and the bed was super comfortable.
Took way too long for the security the receive my access code from the hosts. I did notify them about my arrival time so it should have been ready and organised for me. Outside my window there was a dripping pipe and some hanging gauze or something blowing in the wind. Could have been designed and finished better, for example the shower is completely unintuitive and the coffee table is too big for the space. The couch faces the cupbords and the cutlery is stored in the same cupboard as clothing.
