ZAIt was quiet, the bed and facilities were comfortable and easy to use. The room had a pleasant smell. We had an extra blanket The shower was clean and water pressure was good The water was always hot
The windows were dirty. The toilet was very loud when flushing We couldn't use the netflix account because there were too many users The plates were not properly cleaned The lights on the side of the room where the bed is were not working Side lamps too bright There is not a dish drainer for after washing dishes The rule to take out the bins
ZWZAZA- Tony (the guy at reception) was super helpful and a really nice guy. - Was extremely safe with 24/7 security and biometric security system. - New and updated interior. - Location was prime in terms of where I needed to be.
- The no visitor policy is a bit to strict in my opinion, but I understand it is for safety reasons, they should however implement a visitor sign in and have a curfew for visitors.
