Property overall was nice seemed modern except the kitchen. It had most amenities in the kitchen the utensil cupboard needs cleaning and the drinking glasses were not complete although this did not impact our stay. Could do with actually leaving a full loo roll or 2 as in most accommodations. Radiator in downstairs bedroom did not work owner offered to fix but as only staying 2 nights was not necessary, the apt was warm overall. The tv in living room could do with having somr written instructions to connect to Netflix etc. It sleeps 6 comfortably 8 at a push as sofa bed in living room and only 1 bathroom.

Parking was great, decoration was good/clean and the staff were responsive to requests. Met our needs very well.

As we were a group of friends an additional toilet/bathroom would have made the stay more comfortable. There was a slight odor in the downstairs bedroom.

It was a lovely place, clean and tidy

No complaints

Lovely big house, lots of space. Stayed for 1 night following Alton Towers trip. Great communication and response from the host when this was needed. Would recommend.

Ease of access and comfy bed

Property is tired, lacking a massive amount of things in the kitchen, kitchen had an awful smell that you couldn’t get rid of, lack of furniture in the living area, no lamp shades, no bedside cabinet, very hard to relax in, nowhere near home from home!!
