The location was as indicated and easy to find, and what we required for a 2 night stay whilst we went to Alton Towers.

Whilst we had booked for 7, there were not enough items of cutlery. No broom or vacuum was found in the property, so we were unable to clear up as we like. Unfortunately, one of the beds had a massive live spider in it and dirt on the sheet like dried mud. It seemed that many of the listed items were not at the premises ie: Cleaning items etc.

The location was good. The beds were ok and off street parking fine. The host responded quickly to my message about the problems but it was too late by then.

I had no email about check in and had to phone. The host provided them promptly. The house and bedding smelt of smoke. Not enough cutlery & glasses, no washing up liquid, about 3 sheets of loo paper. the hot tap on the basin didn't work. Table flap was broken, coat rail coming away from wall in back bedroom. There were 5 of us staying and there are not enough facilities or space in this house for 8. We were also somewhat disconcerted by the front door lock. It is important to explain that the code is unique to us on our stay and not available to past guest, cleaners etc.

Location great for trips to Alton Towers. House was well presented and clean. TV systems easy to use. Good kitchen amenities. Thermostat availability. Comfy beds and welcoming bedrooms. Spacious bathroom

Cleaning supplies mentioned in welcome message were unavailable, we had to purchase hand soap and washing up liquid and antibacterial sprays to clean the kitchen - not enough glasses for the amount of people the property can take, we had 4 or 5 glasses between 7 of us

It was generally very clean and nicely decorated

The shower is in need of resealing on the tray, it was very unclean looking, it wasn't dirty but it just looked dirty. Also it is a nice place to stay for a couple of nights, but if you want to stay longer and cook you will find it hard, as there was only one tray to cook on, in my opinion it needs more cooking trays and saucepans in the kitchen.

Bathroom needs some attention especially the shower re mold but rest of the property was good and very clean

We booked for 8 adults 5 children and only had sleeping bed linen for 6 people, the beds were ok but bit nothing for the data bed.

Comfy beds and bedroom decor was nice

Smelt very musty and damp

Great value for money, clear communication from host and easy to park. Local shops, restaurants and takeaways nearby. Kitchen equipped with everything you need and great to have tvs in each bedroom with access to lots of programme options.

House was very good but no value for money 😢

There was no suger in the house. No hand wash in the toilet that was very disgusting. No excess to broom or MOP. If any thing drop on the floor, no way to clean it. No lock for toilet. No deep fridge in the property.
