Excellent

Very steep stairs needs a second handrail. Bathroom cold window wouldn't close. Curtain needed at bottom of stairs to stop draft would make roo warmer.

Good location for visiting family who live close by. When heating was not working, someone was sent out reasonably quickly to solve the problem and house was clean abs tidy

There were only 2 towels provided and there were 6 people staying in the property! As they responded quickly regarding the heating I believe this would have been rectified if flagged up! There were limited plates, cups, utensils etc. Finally when we arrived the thermostat was showing 10 degrees and due to the age of the property it took around 6 hours to warm up!

"Comfortable with everything you need and easy access."

Fresh, tidy with everything you need. Nice and warm in the cold weather. Easy access not having to worry about keys with the keypad entry system.

The downstairs room had a strange smell and the living area could use a rug to make it more cosy. Car alarms going off during the night.

Description of how it was advertised online

Area where properties located, ground floor bedroom bedding was not changed. There were blood spots on the sheets and old toothpaste on the towel. Mould in shower and lot of holes in the walls
