Everything perfect. Easy video instructions for a late arrival. Room was super clean and comfortable - actually the B&B is newly renovated last summer. Wifi strong. Boris’ communications were fast and clear. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. The whole property and grounds are lovely - it’s obvious that a lot of love and attention has been put into it. Love the massive pet lizard (he’s in a terrarium don’t worry 😁).

A bit of fresh fruit for breakfast would be lovely.

Really nice property, lovely people! The room has a lovely rustic style, it was really clean. The bed was super comfortable! Great, fresh breakfast in the morning.

One of the very best places we stayed in Italy. Great host, friendly and helpful, beautiful room, bathroom and linen. Breakfast was a feast, lovingly prepared with some lovely background music. Great restaurants close by. We found it very convenient to visit Milano from - either drive or take the train. We very sincerely recommend this place as it exceeded our expectations in every way. Nothing not to like.

So many things we loved about this stay: Magical location, outstanding service, divine linens, truly excellent breakfast. This place is brand new so it's squeaky clean and there are so many thoughtful touches in the renovations for travellers. A truly outstanding stay & we hope to return in the future
