Although we have visited this area for many years , the host gave us lots of information concerning the local area. We were given a new restaurant to us which was superb, easily the best in the area.

Plenty of food options left in kitchen area and requested item was supplied on 2 separate occasions. Thermos flask was a great addition as was the little extras that were left. More than helpful with info on local places and lots of leaflets/brochures to help with days out.Totally recommend this great little place.

The property was extremely clean and very comfortable. Everything was thought of. The breakfast provided was more than plenty for the two of us. Loved the chocolates and sherry. Peter was very informative of the local area and nothing was too much trouble. Was great to be able to park on the drive and come and go as we pleased. Great communication from the moment we booked .Will definitely be returning

Location good for the New Forest and coast. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection within your own self-contained room and fridge.

The bed creaked a little, but otherwise very comfortable.

Beautiful accommodation, exceptionally clean and wide variety of breakfast items. A great attention to detail.

We liked everything. Our personal preference would have been for the location to be a little closer to town.

Everything. The stay was perfect. Very clean and the personal touches were very much appreciated. It was above and beyond in every way. The welcome drinks, fresh fruit and everything was very much appreciated pleasant surprise.
