A very comfortable, clean and well decorated studio set-up, within the house but with its own private entrance. Great hosts, with breakfast items, tea, coffee etc (plus some other treats!) provided. A handy location in Pennington.

We liked having the continental breakfast but because there was also a toaster and microwave we could also add some cooked items . It felt like a mini apartment with our own front door which we really liked. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were well heated.

"An enjoyable stay - everything we needed and more"

We had a nice welcome from Peter on arrival. The quality accommodation was very comfortable and spotlessly clean with everything we needed. A very generous and wide selection of continental breakfast provisions and assortment of drinks were provided, including a carafe of sherry. The accommodation was located in a desirable, quiet and safe area.

There was nothing to dislike
