Excellent selection far more than expected

Nice Quiet location, Lovely modern clean property to stay in. Went down for my GF Birthday and the Hosts went and purchased a Cake for part of the surprise which was really kind of them. The cupboards and fridge had breakfast and drinks etc in them so really accommodating. Can’t rate them highly enough.

Nothing to not like about our stay

What a superb little room to stay in. We have been looking for somewhere a bit like home from home to stay in while visiting family nearby. Wish we’d found this place sooner! The decor is warm and homely, everything is spotlessly clean. The breakfast provisions are above and beyond our expectations. Parking on the drive and in a parking bay right outside. Can’t fault anything, but do be aware there’s no garden space to sit in if that matters to you. Fabulous all round. We will be back.

Very clean, very nicely led out.

My only criticism is that we assumed (possibly wrongly) as it was described as a b&b, there would have been a cooked breakfast facility but this was not the case. The little kitchen was provided with cereals, etc but it is not the same.

Self-service Continental breakfast was excellent. Over-provision of bread & milk, good choice of cereals, lovely ham & cheese selection. Location difficult to find at first, because housing estate was like a maze! But otherwise ideal for Lymington & coast.

Small bedsit. Difficult for disabled person to move about, & high step into property was a challenge.

Range of Breakfast options were very good. The bed was very comfortable. The en-suite and kitchen facility were very modern.

Nothing we did not like.

The B&B was very well thought out. There was everything you could wish for, it was like being at home. Lots of thoughtful touches such as the couple of pastries left in the kitchen. A decent size tv on the wall, well stocked kitchen for breakfast. Perfect.

The only downsize for us was that it was too far to walk into Lymington but that was obviously reflected in the price

Great place everything was perfect super clean and modern, close to the beach, new forest and town and shops. Peter was very nice, helpful polite host and Elaine been great with email communications. Perfect breakfast with everything we needed also massive safe parking. Thanks both
