Excellent location - everything within easy walking distance Clean apartment - had everything needed 4 people - 4 rooms - perfect, everything as pictured online

The location

The fridge smells. It wasn’t the cleanest. No bins in bedrooms. We had to buy batteries as the remote wasn’t working for tv. Needs tidying up in front and back of the house. Garden needs cutting. Tuck sometime to figure out how the heating worked.

"Fairly basic but incredibly convenient for the ICC"

Terrific location for ICC. Great choice of places to eat. One free parking space.

Generally meets the standards of a rented student house, not better. Front garden is a mess, rear lawn is a jungle.

"Good for a short stay"

Proximity to the town center and a parking space. In general it was clean.

We all (a couple and two family members) found the beds really hard and not comfortable. The house is a bit tatty and needs some love but overall ok for one night.

"Ideal accommodation for a group mini break."

Communication with the host was excellent. The location is perfect, easy walking to local supermarkets, bars and restaurants as well as being very convenient for public transport into the city/trains and bus stations.
