Guests enter the accommodations via self check-in with the details given on the arrival day. Hosts can be contacted from 10AM - 8PM. Outside the time, only emergencies Our Shuttle Service is not complimentary and depends on availability. Take notice that there’s an extra fee for additional guests and more/replacement of linen (initial are included). Pets are NOT allowed. We are a self-catering accommodations and don’t offer any type of food and condiments. Please don’t ignore the check-in hour (4PM) and demand an early entrance if you arrive in Flåm earlier.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Best to try other options first."

The house is located next to a farm, a construction site, and a container yard. The inside of the house was clean.

Virtual reception failed to answer a single message. The keys for the entrance were not in the place they told us they were supposed to be and there was no running water in one of two bathroom sinks.

"Amazing location, clean accommodation, only down side was the poor communication with "reception"."

Amazing location! Although it's tucked away from the town centre, it's a quick and pretty flat walk (fine to wheel luggage to/from).

Poor communication. Otherwise some minor bits to note: no bin in the small upstair toilet for the paper hand towels, and one of the soap dispenser was filled with water and not soap.

"Excellent big house among amazing scenery"

Excellent location in between all the sceneries. As it is off season it is a good value for the money. Very big and comfortable for our small group.

Some more necessary things like salt etc would be nice..as it is meant for big crowds more kitchen utensils were needed...

Paisaje precioso, la casa muy bonita, todo muy bien. Hemos estado muy a gusto. Genial !!

Si la cocina es de inducción las ollas y paellas deberian ser para inducción. Solo una paella y no va bien. Los cubiertos pocos y no muy buenos. Falta cichillo de pan. Un fluorescente fundido.

Clean, great location.

We lost power due to a bad storm. It would have been helpful to have flashlights or candles available.
