Lesbury Lodge - (a 'bijou residence') with hot tub

Location - Good. Very close to beaches & shops.

As much as the residence was lovely & exactly what my husband & I required, only slight problem was the smell of damp in the bedroom. Other than that, all was good.

Lovely place to stay. It was perfect for exploring Northumbria in a quiet setting. Our host gave us instructions how to get there, the hot tub was ready to go when we arrived. There was also good recommendations regarding where to eat in the information folder.

It was very comfortable and cosy. A good location and dog friendly. Our little dog's first holiday which he thoroughly enjoyed

The hot tub was a great facility but the cleaning chemicals were very over powering so it was hard for us to stay in for long, eyes were watering and did get to the back of our throat.

Beautiful little offshot apartment . Lovely and cosy. Absolutely spotless . And the hosts were champion .

The apartment didn't have a oven . Honestly that is the only thing I can think of .

lovely comfy,modern, very clean Lodge.....had everything we needed. loved the location and being close to visit Alnmouth Warkworth and Amble....

Didn't like that we couldn't park car next to Lodge. not ideal for unloading and loading all our belongings and food and drink. There was a slight smell of drains in the bathroom. The bedroom was lovely and cosy but there was no space at end of bed...had to walk like a crab to pass end of bed so getting ironing board out to use and put case in cupboard which you had to pass the bed to get to was rather awkward. we were disappointed that the local pub was closed as we thought that was bonus just being down the road which is obviously no fault of yours......

It was clean and tidy. Close to Alnwick. Nice and quite.

Drains smelt quite bad in the bathroom. Bed was too soft and uncomfortable Really wanted to use the hot tub, but it was overlooked so we felt uncomfortable. All in all it felt like we were staying in someone's garage.

The whole cottage feel! It was cosy without being cramped. The kitchenette was great, and the "bar" table was the most appropriate for the room. The bedroom was lovely and had a well-sized integral wardrobe. The bed was very comfortable.

The parking, however, there was no traffic on this tiny cul de sac,so our initial concern soon evaporated.

Lovely accommodation in a great location for exploring Alnwick and other surrounding areas. Comfortable and perfect for our short stay. The hot tub was great and very relaxing after a day out walking.
