Good location, new carpets and some recent decoration. No noise from the garage and convenient parking.

Extremely uncomfortable mattress and very poor quality bed frames that creaked with every movement. Unfortunately the kitchen was dirty with flies throughout. The fridge was positioned behind the kitchen door and was almost inaccessible as the lino was ripped meaning the kitchen door couldn’t fully open. No soap, washing up liquid or cleaning materials provided. The

The property wasn't cleaned properly human waste in one toilet kitchen bin had no lid and the floor below it was dirty the lounge bay window only had one curtain the mattresses were really uncomfortable probably the cheapest you could buy there were no tea towels or kitchen roll some glasses in the cupboard still had water in them would not recommend to anyone this property was very poor standard for booking.com we were so disappointed as we have booked hotels with you over a number of years Graeme

Brilliant location with lovely view of trees and green area and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The free parking was an absolute bonus and we really appreciated the convenience of it. There was NO noise disturbance at all from the Kwik fit below us.

The kitchen would benefit from more TLC, but as a new business, I'm sure this will soon be addressed.

Sheets were very clean, great sitting in bay window looking at the lovely view.

Stale smell every time went into place (had to buy air freshener and keep windows open) Very uncomfortable beds in both rooms, rubbish under 1 bed and the sofa.kitchen not very clean.

Excellent location, near town centre. The view over the Stray was beautiful. We thought the stay very good value.

Parking is on Kwik fit tyre centre forecourt (this is the only available parking). High risk of car getting knocked or not getting a space. Furniture and beds are the cheapest you can possibly buy. The main bed had broken metal slat making uncomfortable to sleep on. Sofa to sit on in lounge is bed sofa and is very uncomfortable to sit on. The front door lock doesn’t work sometimes. Kitchen dirty with mould on silicone around sink, dirty extractor fan, marks over the wall and even the bin doesn’t have a lid, dirty cutlery and glasses so we had to wash it before using. Lovely view of the park across the road. Also impressed with free parking at the property. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 3 adults was very good TV
