"Good"

Very close to a train stop for a quick ride to Piccadilly or the airport (but not too close. On a quiet night you could just make out the signal of the doors closing), but a bit further away from the tram. Tesco Superstore less than half a mile. Nice quiet neighbourhood.

The stairs needed a vacuum, and the bathroom needed better air extraction, so molds don't build up. The room itself was fine. Could've been nice with a chair.

"Extremely Disappointing"

Room was dirty, Dirty Duvet Pillows & Sheeta, broken Mattress. Dirty Floor. Bathroom wasn't clean. Shower Issue, no proper hot water in the Bath. Broken Shower. Awful Experience. Couldn't sleep. Overall Negative rating. These kinds of offers give a real bad name to Booking.com. It was a Joke.

"Some improvement needed"

Location is good, meters away from train station and famous chicken shop!

Microwave doesn't work, bed is from the 1800's so squeaky and hard couldn't get comfortable, when I did the squeaks ruined it, also door handle inside the room was loose.

Location was fine as it was to close to train station.

Bed sheets hadn't been changed and towels were not available. Bathroom didn't have toilet paper Kitchen downstairs was ok.
