Single Bedroom In Withington M20 1 Single Bed, RM4

They forgot that I was arriving, even though I arrived in the time window I stated when booking. So had to wait outside in the rain for someone to drop the key off. Room wasn't prepared for my arrival, so I had to knock on another room to get the WiFi code. Bedding wasn't clean, hair in the bed and stains on the pillow. Mattress was totally worn out, was like sleeping in a big dip because the springs were gone. Even at the cheap price, these things aren't acceptable.

Its ok for the mony the house its nice good location hade good night sleep and warm too

The way they took too long to refund me plus they have already booked in some1 same date as mine

The bathroom wasn’t clean at all, the floors weren’t cleaned properly as I found someone else’s hairs and things in my room. I got kicked out at 11:00, however on this website it states that I had until 12:00 to get out of my room. I got rushed out because the following guests were already there.
