The Stables - 2 bed with large garden and hot tub.

Great hot tub. Fantastic location. Lovely feeding the goats and Koi Carp. Comfortable mattresses. Would highly recommend the Hare and Hounds pub just up the road. Appreciated the coffee, tea, sugar and condiments; not all places supply these, thank you.

Slippy decking to the main entrance and rotting in places. Dishes, cups and cutlery not as clean as you would hope. Chipped glass back in cupboard. Dirty floor, socks filthy from walking on it. Very tired bedding and pillows. Minimal in plates, glasses, mugs and not enough side plates for 4 adults. Dirty N'espresso machine with left over pod still inside. No welcome pack, considering cost of each night, which is a first for any New Forest property we have stayed in previously and there have been many.

Overall a great place to stay. Lovely location with animals to feed which is great for kids. The rooms were clean and tidy.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable & the lounge area could do with a lamp as the big lights are a bit too bright in the evening when you want to relax. We didn’t end up using the hot tub as it didn’t feel private enough & there is cctv overlooking.

The hot tub was great! The size of the garden for Luna the dog was really great!

Great size for our group of 4 adults. Everything we could ever need for our 1 night stay. Loved feeding the goats and sheep. Loved the hot tub

I recently stayed here and had an amazing time. The grounds are amazing; I have seen other reviews commenting on the close distance to the main house, however, I saw this in the description/photos when booking, but the space did feel private. I stayed here with my partner and 2 young boys; my kids loved the garden space with the rope swing, trampoline, playhouse and football goal. Plus there was an added bonus of the owner supplying animal feed for my kids to feed the goats and sheep. Loved the hot tub also, would definitely stay again.
