BEWARE! SCAM! Parking is included in rent amount, but got a parking ticket $45. Property Manager says 'clerical error with parking office, disregard'. A month later, I recieve a delinquent notice and ticket w/fees now $83. Have been trying to get a hold of property manager via text, eamail, phone, booking.com several times and no return/response, and called booking.com several times. They also are unable to get hold. This rental and/or any other owened or managed by this person should be removed from booking.com

The location worked well for us, as it was close to family, restaurants, etc.

The Bathroom was in poor shape, and not well maintained. The shower curtain, was full of mold on the inside, and by the looks of it, had not been cleaned properly or replaced in quite some time. The bar in the bath/shower stall came off, as soon as you put any weight on it. The soap dispenser leaked, so when it was filled, it left a streak of soap, all the way down the tub, that made the tub floor slippery and dangerous. The paint was peeling off of the vanity face. Their were two queen sized beds, one of them sagged terribly, and was very uncomfortable to sleep in.

Love the key code entry. Appreciate have the apartment to ourselves. Nice area to walk our Jack Russel.

Easy to get into the building. Plenty of space. Heater worked well. Comfortable beds

Older property. Little dated and stairwells were steep. Shower curtain had mold on it. Extra Blankets were crunchy and didn’t seem clean.

I like the layout and the walking distance to the store. All in all it’s comfort level is unmatched

The bed to the right collapsed on my Son he did jump on it he just laid down. It happened to him twice during the night.

Plenty of space in the apartment, good air conditioning. Comfy beds and couches and the location was pretty handy for local bars and restaurants/cafes. We were able to walk to a host of options in 5-15 minutes

One of the beds seemed to keep folding up, the legs wouldn't stay upright. Not a problem as there were only 2 of us but a larger group may have an issue. But the one we did use was very comfy!
