"Steps away from hospital? You might need it after staying here"

Location and view were both nice

The place was a mess, dirt and leaves all over the ground, skid marks in the toilet, hair in the shower drain, mold on the curtains and stains on the beds. I did not feel comfortable sleeping here and got my own bedsheets to replace the stained ones. You could see hand and finger prints smeared on everything. The host asked me after the stay for feedback and completely ignored me once I told him all these things. I do not believe this place is ever properly cleaned after stays.

"Nice place overall, apartment was clean and comfortable."

Location was fine, supply of towels was good. Close to a Starbucks! Heating was prompt and comfortable. Lots of exercise going up the stairs! Window views were wonderful. Very clean apartment. Communication with the host was excellent.

A shelf the sink in the bathroom would be nice, more hangers for clothing, facial tissue provided and a hook on the door in the bathroom. Parking was the biggest headache. Had to get up early in the morning to move our vehicle.
