Extremely clean and everything I needed

From the description, I expected a patio or balcony, which this unit didn't have. There was also some misunderstanding about the payment method. They only take cash, and I had a card. We worked it out amicably and I would stay here again.

Studio Apartment very nice and clean nice quiet location just 2 blocks Down To Malecon. Only fault shower drain was backed up. For sure will stay here again .

The apartment is bedsit style with full working kitchen, glass-hob with microwave and fridge freezer. The water quality was good and safe (I tested). A mini-split provided heating and welcome cooling over-bed as it was hot during my visit. A tiled shower bathroom was provided. The Wifi password was provided through the owner on booking.com.

I do not speak Spanish well so found it difficult to understand how to check in. The owner did provide instructions through booking.com but in Spanish and the onsite managers spoke no English. The apartment does/did not take credit cards, required pre-payment in cash. I had no local currency, only dollars and luckily I had enough to prepay for my stay. Each apartment has a key lock-box with a key-code given through the owner on booking.com. Lastly, the shower drain was blocked and drained over several hours. I could not get the onsite manager to address the issue.

The bathroom door grinds against the floor, so it made noise whenever we opened or close it but overall we were very happy with our stay
