MaaR Estudios 6, a 2 cuadras del Malecón de La Paz

Spotless and clean, and it smelled so nice. The bed was very comfortable, and there were a lot of amenities like shower gel, coffee, and a hairdryer. It was quiet at night, and there were no barking dogs nearby. The check-in was quick and easy. Everything was working, including the wifi, TV, fridge, and AC.

Not 2 blocks from the malecon as advertised, but 4. I don't mind walking, but it is far to walk at night. No microwave.

Location was very close to the waterfront. Able to Walk to cafes, restaurants. Malecon, marina. Neigh bourhood is a little rough (as is much of la Paz)

The room had been renovated, tastefully. There is a serious plumbing issue with sewer gas venting into the bathroom. Which needs to be fixed. We wouldn't return unless this had been fixed

The rooms are nicely appointed and it is close to the malecon. The proprietor was very responsive to messages.

There was a strong sewer smell in the room we were originally booked into, which was different than the one we reserved. There were maintenance/construction projects happening while we were there, which started early in the morning. Also, I wasn't able to pay through the website, so we needed to arrange a time to meet with the proprietor to make the payment via credit card. I would have preferred to just pay through the site.
