"Very new and clean unit in convenient neighborhood for my family is in sort of sketchy neighborhood."

Location is, indeed, very convenient to major Brooklyn attractions as well as several subway lines. The neighborhood is quiet, has a variety of restaurants. Grocery stores are conveniently nearby. The guest suite is on the first floor - easy to move in and out. It is very clean, the bathroom has heated floors, an assortment of shower heads, and a jet bathtub (European style). I appreciated the European style bedding (a duvet cover, rather than tucked sheets) as well as the large thick towels. Guests have full use of the ground level back yard/garden, which will add value in warmer weather. Richard was super responsive and had helpful information about the neighborhood.

A full kitchen would have made it perfect, but the kitchenette was quite workable for breakfast and a light supper.

"The best choice!"

Perfect appartement, located at 5 minutes by foot from metro direct to Manhattan. Simple but large and comfortable, Very good bed, Little new kitchen with fridge, microwave and sink, + coffee machine. Bathroom new and with high quality equipment. Even hot tub bath! Highly recommended
