Queen Anne Retreat - 1 Blk from CPA - Free Parking

Location was great. Went to a concert at CPA and it was a very short walk around the other side of the block. Roof top terrace had a great view but didn’t really have time to spend up there.

We did have free parking provided but didn’t realize we would have to park several blocks away from the property, probably about 1/2 mile or more. There was no light bulb in the bathroom fixture, had to move a table lamp from the bedroom to have some light.

It was clean, safe and we could get places very easily.

Parking. We couldn’t find a place using the pass so paid for the lot next door and it was very pricey.

We did not have a car so we did not have any issues. We went two restaurants near by and both were excellent!!! The bed was super comfortable for us. (We like firm bed)

We did not expect that we would have coffee beans at the room but we had. Although the taste was not good for us. I did not think this was an issue. But this would be the only we dislike.

The only thing I'd say is better bed pillows 😊

The location is perfect if you’re attending an event at Climate Pledge Arena. Place was clean.

There was no toilet paper, and the only solution offered was for us to go buy some and get reimbursed. I have never had to do that anywhere I’ve ever stayed. Parking is really difficult because the area is very busy. We could only find a spot 0.4 miles from the apartment. It was very inconvenient for loading and unloading. The unit wasn’t ready at the set check-in time. While I was waiting for the cleaner to bring me the keys, I received an $85 parking ticket. Check-in said 3:00. I was there then. Received ticket at 3:10. I was waiting there so I could grab the parking pass to go park. Alerted owner. No response received.
