Queen Anne Retreat - 1 Blk from CPA - Free Parking

Well designed, great location, light, comfortable, good kitchen.

No teabags- not everyone drinks coffee

The apartment is in a great location, and the facilities were very clean and tidy.

1. I messaged and tried to call the host numerous times before and on the day to request of an earlier checkin was possible, but it was radio silence, never heard from the host once - except for the automated messages. 2. “Free Parking” is not guaranteed, it is street parking (for which you need the permit, but the permit is only for certain sides of random streets), often quite far away from the apartment building - up to 8 blocks away I believe. We had to park 5 or so blocks away and haul our suitcases and hiking packs all the way to the apartment. 3. This is just tough luck for us and of course not the norm, but the smoke alarm battery was low, and was beeping the entire day and night we were there.

Communication from host was top notch. Very clear instructions for checking in and out. The location is also unbeatable for anybody attending an event at Climate Pledge Arena.

The parking situation was a bit of a pain, but that's probably because I'm just not used to parking in a place like downtown Seattle. Host did have a parking pass available, and we eventually figured it out. There was also a pay to park lot right next door which came in handy while we were figuring out how to use the permit.

The location was amazing. So close to Climate Pledge and KEXP! The unit was pristine and the bed so comfortable.

The apartment was super clean! Perfect location for taking my son to his first concert at Climate Pledge. We only stayed for a night, but everything was stocked for a longer stay. Having the parking pass was great and gave me one less thing to have to worry about. So grateful for the parking map on the fridge! Absolutely would book again!

Everything was great! Parking was a little difficult given the concert going on, which is nothing on the host but just for future people booking to know.

Parking was very hard to find and parking farther away than comfortable to walk later into the evening.

The apartment was very clean and location was excellent! We were impressed by how organized everything was. Will definitely come back.

We arrived when a concert was about to start nearby, so finding parking was a challenge. But it was great to have the parking permit, and we were able to find parking close to the apartment after the show was over.

Loved the location and pricing to the Seattle Center.
