2 separate fully furnished condo units 1BR on the 23rd flr and 3BR penthouse on the 41st flr, with different bookings and daily rates in Ermita, Manila nea

Great location and good communication from the owner.

There were a few cockroaches throughout our stay. Many lights and switches don’t work. The aircon only kept the bedroom semi-cool, therefore the front room was not used for the few days we stayed there. The aircon in the room is an old unit, and only cools the air, but it never gets cold.

The house is very spacious. Restos, Robinson's Place Manila, is just a few meters away. There is also paid parking around the area for 300 pesos.

Guests are not allowed to park. Swimming pool is not available during our stay.

pool closed and never opened. guards and entrance staff were not friendly. saying hello was like pulling a tooth from them. no smiles no greetings

The location and the refrigerator

Cockroaches everywhere!! The air conditioning is very noisy and right in front of your head. Wifi failed a lot Check in was scheduled for 2pm and I was told to wait until 3pm once I arrived. No drinking water I asked how to use the 800 pesos from the ad and he said he didn't know what I was talking about (while other people have made this remark in other comments) so Mr. Lies. And no soap, I asked and no answer!

Almost perfect. Bed, fridge, bathroom, lights, fan, aircon, security, staff. All was very nice.

The furnitures could be updated. The entry door sticks a bit. The extra lock is not functioning. The window is not sound blocking at all.
