mis informed on the advertisement and confirmation letter. On the confirmation letter noted that there is a P800 credit toward service. the owner claims that they are not aware and will NOT definitely honor it.

Nothing to like, the place needs total renovation

The owner is rude and not professional and kept me waiting 40 minutes before handing over the keys!! When we arrived at the main door there was a note hanging which the owner kept in his pocket and didn't tell us about it. . It was informing occupants that electricity will be off from 10 am until 3pm. The power was restored by 7 pm and we spent the whole day out of the condo. The owner lives in the same building and the note was issued 2 days before our arrival but he didn't inform us fearing that we will cancel the booking! I will report the matter to booking.com and seek one day refund from them. The aircons are bad, the iron bar has no cloth to cover it, the stand fans in the living room need replacement, the mats are slippery and not safe to be used in the kitchen. There was no soap or any toiletries on arrival. and cockroaches are everywhere in the dirty kitchen. Hot water available in one of the bathrooms only. in nutshell its the worst accommodation i ever rented

It was great to have a private home for a few nights while in Manila. A good space in a convenient location for shopping and sightseeing.

The air conditioning system could do with an update, it works but is noisy.

The host gave us the contact just before we came so she could show us the apartment which was hard and complicated to find. We weren't able to call her again for the problems we had after that: 1. One room had no AC 2. Missing cookware 3. Not enough toilet papers. 4. No bath soap nor shampoo 5. Dirty kitchen and bedrooms

Checked out a day early. The cupboards need cleaning out. Lots of cockroaches in the kitchen. The pictures of the apartment are pictures of 2 different apartments.
