Cosy room 10 min from beach

Justin had already sent great directions to his home as well as clear instructions for entry; yet, he met us and familiarized us with his home and the many amenities he offered. He made us feel at home and made room in his frig for a few food items we purchased so we could prepare simple meals. Our room, though cosy (see description), was very comfortable and it was easy to get around. We were encouraged to share his lovely living quarters which was a bonus. Justin made every effort to assure we had a spectacular stay in Brighton !

We only wish we had allocated additional time in this lovely place by the sea !

Nothing at all. Fantastic communication after booking. A perfect host making me most welcome. Clean, well kept accommodation, perfectly placed close to beach and town centre.

Justin was so friendly & hospitable, and made me feel thoroughly welcome! Both the room and the bathroom were spotless and really well-equipped, with plenty of towel, tea/coffee facilities, power sockets right by the bed, hairdryer, and clothes storage. Fantastic to have parking on-site for no extra charge, and really appreciated Justin's flexibility with check-in/check-out times. A pleasant 25 minute walk into the centre of Brighton, and regular buses into town from the end of the road.

Absolutely no faults whatsoever!

Justin was very hospitable and helpful. Very friendly. The flat was immaculate.

There was a slight issue with the main door lock which was easily resolved and not Justin's fault.

Everything about the room was lovely. It was cosy, comfortable and clean on arrival. Justin was a great host, he didn't bother us at all, just left us to our own devices but was helpful when we needed something! I cannot fault Justin at all! Definitely recommend for somewhere to stay when visiting

Location didn't end up being amazing. Brighton is a busy place and I've been driving a short time. Myself and my partner didn't wanna spend too much on buses so we walked the whole time we were there. 10 mins to beach, but 20 to 25 minutes from the first seaside shop where all the good stuff is. Brighton has a lot of hills, so going to city centre was all downhill, coming back was all uphill. Knackered us out. We aren't used to so much walking due to living in a small town.
