The apartment doors aren’t soundproof. From the door locks beeping when neighbors arrive at all hours to the AC clicking, it’s hard to settle in for a light sleeper for the first couple nights (they do provide ear plugs)

Wynwood was great, really modern, well situated and safe. It was nice to have a reception and all the amenities were great!

No breakfast included

Advertised 'PARKING' and there was no parking except for street parking. It was not as we expected when posting the word PARKING.

The algorithm on price spiked the price to stay there an additional night. At first they said there was no vacancy but on booking I found they had a vacancy. When I paid more, they changed their story. They had space for me to stay another night. Travelers, wise up. Hotels are profiting through a monopoly based on collusion on price with their competitors via software. we fill these hotels (apartment buildings that used to be someone’s home) with cash so that corporate chains/greedy landlords don’t have to pay their workers a peso more. Through software they collude with every other hotel. When point in fact, there was space for me and I should’ve been given the rate I paid for the other 3 days. Don’t get numbed to the fact that price collusion was/is against the law. Laws used to protect us now software legitimizes a market weapon.

How they lied and manipulated the price.

Ubicación, no ruido, sala de lavado de ropa.

Que no hubieran básicos: más toallas de mano y pies, paño secador de piso del baño, papel higiénico, esponja para cocina, bolsas de basura, escoba, pala. Almohadas malas definitivamente.

La ubicación muy buena y la cama cómoda.

El sillon tenia manchas blancas desagradables. Solo te dan 1 papel higiénico. No hay recepción, es solo portería, si necesitas algo tenes que hablar a un call center en Peru.
