GBGood base for exploring Anglesey which is set back from road. Check in was straightforward via lockbox and communication with the owner was great prior/during and post stay Off Road parking was available and neighbours friendly Bed was comfortable and hot water plentiful Welcome pack was a nice touch Electric heaters kept us warm and did a good job of keeping the space cosy Easy walking distance to Co-op store and pubs.

AUWe loved the beautiful attention to detail in the interior design. Every inch of space was well used. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome pack and the games and books. There were many small comforts and conveniences. The location is great for exploring the north coast of Anglesey. Our hosts were very responsive and delightful to deal with.
We loved it but less mobile people might find the staircase difficult.

Bathroom was to small and the door to terrace was broken
GBInitially, we liked the look of the cottage ... the welcome hamper was very nice and the host was very helpful and informative ... the bedroom was light and airy and well decorated and the bed was comfortable ...
The kitchen had a very bad odour, which seemed to be more apparent upon opening the cupboards ... some plates were dirty and all the crockery could do with a good deep clean and the oven didn't work properly as the dials were broken. There were stains under the rug and the kitchen tap should have a warning sign of extremely hot water ... The stool in the lounge needs upholstering as quite dirty from previous footmarks and the corner of the room under the chair had not been cleaned properly ... the lounge also had a bad odour of dampness ... The bathroom's tiles were poorly grouted. The toilet is inset into the wall of the bathroom and very small and awkward to use. The bathroom also had a bad smell of dampness. We closed the little doors of the kitchen and bathroom to limit the smells, but unfortunately, this didn't help. Though the bedroom terrace was a nice addition and we could open the doors at night, it was overlooked by nearby houses and street with no privacy ... the decking was very tatty. I wouldn't say the property was dog friendly for us as the spiral stairs were too steep for a small dog to climb and we had to carry our shih tzu up and down the stairs. We should have noticed this from the pictures before booking. We left the property a day early due to these circumstances. I'm sorry to give this review, but feel the hosts can now improve the property for future guests.
