arredamento nuovissimo e modernissimo, degno di un casa progettata da interior design di altissimo livello. la cucina affaccia sulla statale, ma vi è una terrazza prima profonda e ampia con tavolini e poltroncine da esterno che isola. una cucina dotata di tutto dagli accessori agli elettrodomestici di prima qualità.

"Tappa a Porto Sant'Elpidio"

La posizione è buona a ridosso della spiaggia, tuttavia per accedervi è necessario trovare un sottopasso della ferrovia. la strada è rumorosa. La struttura però è nuova, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Ottimo il bagno. C'è anche un piccolo balcone. La colazione la si fa in un bar pasticceria, i gestori va sottolineato sono molto gentili e premurosi, poco distante. Nel complesso una soluzione ottima ad un prezzo contenuto.
