Federico was always super responsive and very supportive! The place was really clean and comfortable, very convenient for a short trip.

Instructions to get into the apartment and any relevant information should be communicated before the guest arrives instead of waiting for guests to ask.

This place has become almost a second home for us in Porto Sant'elpidio, we are there for work with multiple staff members so the lounge area and balcony is great for working and meeting up. Service is just perfect and the owner always make everything super smooth.
