Friendly welcoming staff especially the lady from Myanmar. Loved the onsen for private reservation. Delicious dinner at good value. Appreciate the free tea and water dispenser. Appreciate free shuttle to Gora station in morning. Lovely stay!

It has a beautiful garden and a nice commune area for guests to have tea, coffee and meals. The onset is free and has a nice setting too. They also provide traditional Japanese dress for guests.

Amazing staff, cozy amenities, and fantastic value. I had such a good time and enjoyed meeting the other guests. The onsen was so comfortable and the food was delicious!

The walk up to the hotel is a little steep so be prepared

I absolutely adored this place! Felt traditional, loved the tatami mats and comfortable bedding provided. The Onsen was great and we reserved a spot at check in. There was a wide variety of dinner options so we stayed in and ate there and everything we had was great. There is a general common area where you can play games and eat and there is also tea that you can make

Small touches could make a difference like an iron for clothes, water bottles in room. The bedding covers.
