"Erg fijn en ontspannend verblijf"

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De onsen was heerlijk. Alles was duidelijk goed schoon. Prima ontbijt en prachtige tuin. Ook handige locatie om vanuit hier bij de bus te komen.

A very good place to relax. Bed was confortable, the private onsen was very nice. In February, the fireplace in the common area was a very nice touch.

"Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. schöne Lage in den Bergen"

Sehr schönes Ryokan. Gepflegt und sehr freundliche, bemühte Mitarbeiter. Gutes Essen, auch leckeres Western-Frühstück. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre in der Unterkunft. Schönes Onsen für das man sich beim Check in anmelden kann. Zum Bahnstation in Gora kann man in ca. 25 min laufen. Alles in allem eine der besten und gemütlichsten Unterkünfte die wir in Japan hatten.

Despite a booking error on our part regarding the room type, the staff were so gracious and helpful in accommodating us. Their kindness turned a stressful moment into a wonderful stay. The private onsen experience was exceptional and very relaxing. The beds were incredibly comfortable—we slept better here than anywhere else on our trip. Thank you to the wonderful team!
