"Perfect location for Plymouth and Cornwall and surrounding areas. We were visiting family and location was ideal."

The cottage is cosy and comfortable and provides everything you need for your stay. Comfy beds and seasonally decorated which was a nice touch. Owen on hand for any queries and really helpful. Would definitely recommend

"Despite the comfort and beauty of the house, our stay was a mistake on several levels."

The house is stunning, very spacious, renovated to a high standard and very well equipped

The house is near King William Yard, and some distance from Plymouth town centre. There is a regular bus service into town, but the location is problematic out of season without a car. Sadly, the weather was unseasonably cold in September and the programmable heating sources in the house were mostly off. The towel rad in one of the bathrooms wasn't working. There was an instruction leaflet for the rads, we couldn't get most of them working, so we were cold a lot of the time. The bar next door was styled as a tapas bar. Sometimes spicy snacks were available, sometimes not, a menu some days a week, don't rely on it for food. Our stay there didn't coincide with a full menu.

Immaculately clean , very well equipped , extremely comfortable beds. Such good value for money. Lovely location near many bars and eateries and gorgeous views .

Small point , one of the main bedrooms has a glass panel door and there’s a night light in the hall that we couldn’t turn off . I like it dark at night so covered window with a towel but then couldn’t shut the door . But that’s just me 😂

"Lovely location for a short stay."

Location, lots of room and supplies in the kitchen.

No hot water downstairs. The stairs are narrow. Heated Towel rack downstairs didn’t work. Filter not emptied in the drier. No tissues.

Superb location and host- Royal William Yard is right on the door step - fantastic café/bar VOT next door which offers a fab selection of drinks and food and wonderful staff

Everything was amazing. The place the people and the location. We all had such a lovely stay and would go back in the future.
