Bonne communication avec le propriétaire, appartment situé dans un quartier animé mais pas bruyant. De nombreux commerces à proximité. Appartement spacieux.

Le ménage n’est pas vraiment poussé. Nous étions au 3e étage, pas d’issue de secours en cas d’incendie. Isolation phonique des voisins mauvaises.

Perfecto para un estancia breve: ubicación idónea para visitar los principales monumentos y rápido acceso al transporte público.

Podría mejorarse fácilmente con pequeños arreglos: el mobiliario parece del siglo XV, escaso menaje de cocina y productos básicos, etc. Hay que destacar que la insonorización del piso es regular, hay fiestas en la calle hasta altas horas (los fines de semana) y se escucha todo lo que pasa en todo el bloque: pisadas de vecinos, apertura de puertas, movimiento de muebles…

Appartamento carino con varie stanze. Camera da letto bella. Posizione buona

Il bagno puzzava di fogna. L’arredamento del salotto lasciava un po’ desiderare e non rispecchiava le foto. Tende sporche, tavolino rovinato, divano sporco e scomodo. La cucina mancavano prodotti essenziali per poter cucinare e utensili basici
