Clean and contemporary with plenty of space, airy and light, warm; has a lovely outdoor space.

A little expensive

The owners were really helpful when we needed to go back for a forgotten item. Nothing seemed too mu ch trouble.

The weather it was dreadful. But I don't think it's part of the deal. It didn't spoil our trip.

Quite, clean and good location.

Could have done with a bit more cutlery, some condiments and an extra loo roll. Other than that, well equipped.

Location was convenient for where we visiting Beds & furnishing comfortable

Property need a deep clean. The floor was extremely dirty and our socks/bare feet were filthy from walking around. Worktop surfaces on initial look seemed clean but not particularly. Cooking trays in the oven had not been cleaned for a long time and very greasy. Toilet seat didn't fit property and actually was quite dangerous. The place was far too warm given the time of year and even with patio doors open the heat was overpowering, making sleep difficult. However the absolute worst aspect of the place was the location. We were expecting a nice quiet rural location. Instead there was incessant barking from the kennels adjacent to the property. This needs to be made clear on the advertising of the property as many people would find this very distressing. it was extremely difficult to shut this noise out when we were in the property and also made it difficult to sleep at night

Really nice 2 bed apartment. Tastefully decorated and relatively clean. Really nice location. Nice patio. Plenty of parking.

The bed in the master bed was so so uncomfortable that it completely let this place down. The matress springs dug into your back all night and the pillows were completely lumpy. The bed was a cheap ikea style wooden frame. A real shame as it completely let this place down, it should be 10/10. Other minor issue was that there wasnt enough cutlery. 3 forks, 4 knives between 4 of us. Also a vacuum cleaner would have been a useful addition as would black out blinds/curtains.

Modern, bright, spacious accommodation. Lovely finish and well maintained. Lovely surroundings, garden area at back that had table and chairs, ducks came to visit for nibbles of food. Set in the country, so views over fields. Wickham Market is a two min drive away and has a co op, coffee shop, Chinese, Indian. Plenty of parking. Bathroom had walk in shower, two different shower heads - one rainfall the other hand held. Great location, 10 mins to Woodbridge, 20 mins to Aldeburgh and the sea. Would stay again.

Could have done with some instructions on how to use the oven, hob and heating. Beds quite soft and mattresses noisy when just moving position sleeping!

I liked the privacy and position of the garden suite and it was very well equipped and very comfortable especially the beds. The view from the dining room into the garden area was exceptional.

The one point that did get annoying was the constant barking of dogs nearby as I presumed there were kennels. Luckily it did subside during the evening/night time

The property was clean comfortable and had everything we needed. It was excellent value for money.
