"Nice apartment, easy to walk to Greenbelt Mall and other locations in Makati."

The Beacon is located in walking distance (20 min) from Greenbelt Mall and a Waltermart with a supermarket just across the street. There are some restaurants at the building's street level and around it. If you venture out a bit you can find more nice restaurants.

Hicimos reserva para 5 y solo encontramos cama de matrimonio y un colchón en el suelo. Imposible dormir en el sofá-cama por incomodidad. Suciedad en el suelo del apartamento.

A very nice well set up apartment. Everything works and it is clean and tidy. The facility has an excellent pool and very good amenities.

The elevators were inadequate as one was out of service and one dedicated to priority users. This meant having to wait up to 30mins to get out of the building.
