The Beacon Condo (1BR Unit)

Its very feel at home.. were looking forward to staying again in this unit. Very affordable and very calm place. Simple and peaceful.

Super comfy bed, great gym & pool, easy to follow instructions for property, great overall apartment, good food available to order online and handy shop across the road, hair dryer and extras provided

Nothing major but there was used razor left from previous guest in bathroom, we arrived at 13:30, the concierge wouldn’t allow us into the apartment 30 mins early and asked us to wait in the lobby until exactly 14:00 which seemed unnecessary

I got 3 major First problem, All the elevators had maintenance, so it didn't work for 4 hours, and the unit is on the 19th floor, I just had my operation, and I had to go take the fire exit just to get out of the building just to get some food. It's not an emergency disaster/calamity, so I think the building shouldn't shut off all the elevators in case of a medical emergency. 2nd problem I chatted with the owner a month before my arrival date and provided all the guest names and paid for 3 adults. They still managed not to provide that info to the main admin of the building, So my daughters can't swim at the pool, and when we tried to contact the owner or caretaker, nobody can be reached via phone call, and email takes a while before getting a response. Finally, the smells inside the house can't turn low for the AC, or else it will stink up the house, and the bathroom is dirty. The main concern is the elevator, I heard this is happening every Monday! So whoever lives from 8floor and up can't have medical emergency or else you have to take the fire exit or die without proper help. Also the owner/ caretaker can not be reached even tho they provide multiple number only 1 that is working but still had to wait for couple hours to respond.
