Amabilidad de todos, la diversidad del desayuno y que siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte. Son de diez! Muy limpio y en una ubicación perfecta.

La colazione: completa e sempre diversa. La doccia bellissima, un piccolo hammam. La struttura molto accogliente

The staff was really nice and helpful, they even let us leave our luggage for a few days when we went to the dessert, even though we changed to another hotel after the trip. Also they made us coffee at 7 am, before leaving for the dessert. The most amazing people are working there! The breakfast was really nice. The riad was clean, the bed was comfortable. The location is just right near the entrance to Medina, so it is not that busy, as other places. It was not noisy, you can sleep peacefully.

We came to the Marakech in the middle of the night with a lot of luggage, so be prepared that the taxi cannot reach the Riad. You have to go with your luggage yourself, it is not far, but we were a little bit lost, because the Riad is in little side street, we had trouble finding it. Also, the shower in the evening had only cold water.

Ubicación, aunque parezca que está algo escondido y difícil de encontrar la primera vez que llegas (si no te recogieran los del alojamiento), está muy bien ubicado para moverte a tus anchas por la ciudad. Paseando tienes el centro a unos 15 minutos. El desayuno que viene incluido es bastante contundente, te dejan repetir lo que quieras pero prima el dulce sobre el salado. La habitación muy limpia y la nuestra en particular, "Morgiana" era amplia. Aire acondicionado que funciona perfectamente. Terraza muy bonita pero como hizo mal tiempo no pudimos disfrutarla. El personal, excepcional!! Educados, serviciales, y atentos en todo momento a ayudarnos y facilitarnos la estancia. Contratamos la recogida en el aeropuerto y también que nos llevaran devuelta, un super acierto para evitar estafas y poder localizar fácil el Riad el primer día. Reservamos para cenar en el Riad y fue de las mejores cenas que tuvimos en nuestra estancia.

Partiendo de qué te encuentras en un Riad y es una casa con patio, se escucha en la tranquilidad de la noche demasiado a los otros huéspedes, si son poco empáticos y educados. Pero eso no es problema realmente de ellos

Loved the location- very busy but got used to it and felt very safe. Friendly and helpful hosts. Beautiful Riad.
