The concierge was very helpful and professional!

Plastic around the mattress? The room wasn't ready. A lot of issues in finding the place from UBER driving directions.

"I will never stay there and now afraid to use booking.com again"

Close to where I had to be

They cancelled my reservation and lied and said I did or booking.com did. They must have overbooked as it was very crowded there. Said sorry no room for you even though I had a confirmation number and texted them that was come just late due to graduation party. He did nothing to help me. Couldn’t find another hotel except those costing 350-500.

They gave up my room and claimed they didn’t have a reservation which can’t be true if I got an email asking how was my stay was. I asked to speak with management but the front desk said management won’t be available until 2 PM the next day. I wouldn’t recommend booking this hotel, especially coming from out of town.
