Super friendly & helpful host! Communication was fast - but was almost not needed, because everything needed during the stay was already there. The apartment was very well kept, clean, quiet, spacious, and warm. Definitely will revisit if i visit the neighbourhood again.

We like that there are quite a lot of shops and convenience stores nearby which made it easy for us to get things. The place was also kept clean and organised, with clear instructions on how to use different appliances.

The apartment was quite big for Korean standards, had huge beds, was equipped with everything we needed and was designed very pretty. The location was about 5-7 min from two major subway lines but the neighborhood was still quiet at night and the insulation in the apartment is well made so we slept quite nicely. The host was very responsive and helped us with everything that we needed as well as even after our stay helped me with something I left behind.

It’s on the 4th floor without an elevator with quite narrow staircase, so getting out luggage to and from there was a bit of a workout, but that’s quite usual for this type of korean accommodation so we were prepared for that. Just take that in account.

Very homely apartment, with character - in a way I much prefer this style compared to the super modern flats! Comfortable beds and well furnished - we had all we needed, the covered terrace space was also very convenient! The location is also great, 5 minutes walking distance from Hapjeong Station, pleasant 20 minute walk to Hongdae (or 1 stop by metro!). Last but not least, the host was very responsive, provided all the infomation we needed very quickly, and checked with us a few times if all was well and if we needed something. I fully recommended and would absolutely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay! The owner of the property took care of every detail to ensure that I felt comfortable and beautiful. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the location was convenient, with a 20-minute walk to Hongdae and a 5-minute walk to the Hapjeong subway station. I would also like to express my gratitude to the housing owner, who was always caring and responsive, especially in case of an emergency. Honestly, I wished I could stay longer. Apartmán má v dosahu vše potřebné - restaurace, metro, obchody. Majitelka velmi milá, starostlivá. Dětem dala dárek na památku.

Compared with Korean residential accommodation at the same price, it is very spacious, and there is plenty of room for three people with two bedrooms and one living room.

It will be troublesome if it is large luggage since there is no elevator.
