Very good, the room is clean and very close to the subway station.

One of the best flat to rent in Seoul! I didn't feel like there was anything lacking during our stay except maybe more detailed informations for first-timers in Korea as were two persons from our group (like operating the laundry machine or garbage selection). The 3 beds were all hotel-like indeed which was a blessing as sleep is so important when you visit Korea ! Overall it was flawlessly comfortable so I don't know what to highlight haha~ I would recommend renting this at a warmer time to enjoy the terrace! The location is great, at about 10mn from Hapjeong station and 5 to 8mn from bus stations. The neighborhood is quiet but still has a "evening" life with several pubs and izakayas. There are two malls in front of the metro station to satisfy your shopping cravings (Homeplus, Olive Young, Uniqlo...) as well as 3 convenience stores within 150m.

You have to be extra careful as everything is new and mostly white/clear colored. There's no elevator so it's a bit of a hardship to carry your luggage! Sometimes it was difficult for the taxi drivers to find the address.

Location was great! The apartment has everything one needs. It is extremely near to the train station, and Airport Bus Stop. Extremely clean apartment. Host was super friendly, provided clear check-in instructions and was very accommodating. Will definitely choose this apartment in the future when I visit Seoul again in the future. I stayed in this apartment alone but is definitely better when staying with a group of friends

The apartment does not have a lift. Do take note if one has bulky and huge baggage as one has to lift the luggage up the staircase to the apartment.
