"Chilled, relaxed and a good find."

Fab location and so much bigger than we expected it to be and loved the little touches of blankets for if it was cold outside.

The only criticism is that some of the kitchen utensils, glasses and mugs were not very clean and we needed to wash them before we used them.

Really nice setting, plenty of parking. Accommodation was really impressive, we were very comfortable there for a weekend. Nice views over the fields around. No sound or trouble from the neighbours. Very nice and would stay again.

Could have done with a takeaway menu or two as we struggled to find somewhere to deliver to us, but sorted it out eventually. Just personal preference but a WC upstairs would have been really handy overnight. Although it wouldn't stop us coming back.

Lovely place, great location and great facilities.

Only a suggestion, definitely not a complaint, but a mattress protector or something similar would make the beds more comfortable.

Lovely little find Really enjoyed the hot tub Good location if you want to go to Cromer beach.
