Good location, nice large shower.

No aircon or fan, only one small window, very little to no security, fridge constantly made noises (was switched off on arrival), very claustrophobic, room smelled stuffy as soon as I walked in (clearly not used or aired out in a long time and they wanted to charge me for early check in when they clearly hadn't had anyone there in a long time), no privacy or peace and quiet if main house is being rented. Left early because I was so uncomfortable.
