City Centre 4 Bedroom House

The host lady was very kind and offered a refund as there had been a water leak at the property just two days before we arrived, which was not her fault.

The rooms and furniture are unfortunately in a bit of a tired state with many surfaces/edges scratched or cracked. Several banister posts are hastily fixed with tape, the fridge light flickering on/off, etc. I have fed this back to the landlady, who promised to address this in due course. The kitchen is however nice and the outside area welcome to relax.

La ubicación es muy buena, las camas cómodas y estaba limpia.

Las escaleras son muy incómodas, lo que supuso un problema con mi tía que es mayor. El sofá del saloncito muy pequeño e incómodo. La calle ruidosa, especialmente porque estaban de obras en el momento de nuestra estancia.

La maison est un peu ancienne mais bien rénovée et vaste, avec une grande terrasse à l'arrière. Surtout elle très bien placée, à quelques pas du centre très agréable de Winchester.

Great location, 5 min walk to city centre. Good communication with owner. Clean and comfy beds. Good value for money

Dead house plants need removing in bathroom, sofa in living room was unconformable. House generally a little tired, but new kitchen was nice.

Location was excellent for Winchester

Could hear the people next door very clearly

Near the city and had a garden to sit in. Owner was good with correspondence and parking permit was a bonus.

Very noisy at night and one of doubles quite small for 2 people to share. Main areas clean but could do with deep clean, cobwebs everywhere and v dirty oven and hardly any toilet roll for 6 people.

The rooms was perfect for our short stay and it was very clean. The owner sent clear and concise instructions on how to obtain the key, to gain entry and where to park. They pre-registered our vehicle to enable us to park the car in a designated parking zone close to the property. The property was within easy walking to the centre of Winchester and the Railway station.

The accommodation was a great location for city centre. The house itself was clean and the owners were very accommodating nothing was any trouble for them. Would definitely visit again

The house could do with some new rugs, we kept slipping on them. There was a step leading from one room to the other that we kept tripping up on
