Rustige buurt, het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en erg comfortabel, zo heeft de keuken alle nodige apparatuur en pannen/servies, etc. Er is zelfs een wasmachine en droger in de kelder. Ook heel snel en goed contact met de vriendelijke host.

Er is niets dat niet beviel.

"Great location if you need to go to the Track at New Balance."

I liked how clean the property was and that there were snacks provided. For my purpose, I liked how close it was to the Track at New Balance, which was the purpose of my stay. Once I got the hang of it, I liked being able to come and go with a door code. The owner and the property managers were very friendly and did their best to address my concerns. Grocery store and restaurants are close.

There were some maintenance issues with made the stay less than ideal: wifi, garbage disposal and dishwasher not working and it took nearly 2 days for someone to come and try to fix. The dishwasher was not able to be fixed but the wifi and garbage disposal were indeed fixed, which was much appreciated. Battery in smoke alarm went and it started beeping in the middle of the night. Batteries in the heating system also went the next morning and the heat went off until I could replace them. Nothing that couldn't be fixed, but inconvenient. Neighbors were a bit noisy(particularly a barking dog) but can't fault the property for that.

The location is convenient to the Track at New Balance.

Upon arrival a smoke alarm in the hallway near a stairwell was hanging by wires from the ceiling and beeping every 30 seconds. It was obvious that someone prior to my stay had an issue with the smoke detector that was not resolved. I reported the issue right away and after my second message I was told that it was probably a battery. I purchased a new battery and replaced it, but the beeping persisted, we tried to reset it, but then the entire alarm went off. It was suggested I disconnect the wires to the smoke detector. I was not comfortable with messing with wires in an old house and was not about to try and find the circuit breaker to cut off power. We had to endure beeping every 30 seconds for 22 hours out of our 41 hour stay. After I checked out, I requested a partial refund. I had paid $695 for 2 nights, one of which I barely slept. This was the response I received: As this is a short-term rental rather than a hotel, we do not have on-site staff available for immediate assistance at all times. This is also reflected in the pricing compared to hotel accommodations. As soon as we were informed, we addressed the issue as quickly as possible. The alarm simply required a battery replacement and a reset, which resolved the problem. Because the issue was minor and quickly answered about what need to be done, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund or compensation in this case. I don't know if my messages were being responded to with AI or if I was actually corresponding with someone. If you want to ensure a good stay, don't stay here. Book a hotel room.

We waited outside in the cold for an hour àt -6°C because the host did not give us an access code. Although there was a contact number, Booking.com and us could not contact them

Muchísimo, un apartamento amplio y completamente equipado

Nos falló el agua caliente, no salía suficiente caudal de agua caliente. Avisamos al propietario tarde y no dio tiempo a que lo arreglara pero dijo que lo iba a hacer
