Kitchen and size of befrooms

Laundry was unbelievably inadequate. Air conditioning equipment too old (very noisy and very week)

It was close to where we were going

As we walked in, there was the door that didn't open all the way and scarps and marks on the wall all the way up the stairs. The living room was ok, but the couch bed had a large white stain on it. The closet door was not attached. The back door was unlocked when we arrived, and the front door looked like it was kicked in. Beds were not comfortable, and one was just a fouton mattress. And there were rats out front of the house at night
