The location was perfect for why we were there. It was affordable

It was really dirty. The beds were uncomfortable and there were no black out curtains on the windows. What curtains were there were broken. The pans were all gross and unusable to old.

Parking is different

I thought the property had pretty much everything we would need and then some on site. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, we had plenty of space and it was in a walkable distance to several places we were looking to explore on our trip. The property owners were responsive and helpful.

I'd only have to say having more Kleenex on hand, coming from someone who got a cold during the trip. However, the property is close to a Walgreens and wasn't a big deal at all.

Great stay great area great hosts

The location was great as it was less than 10 minutes from Boston College. Very convenient and traffic was not too bad.

The living room area could use a fresh coat of paint.

Close to transport link to the city. The neighbourhood itself is a bit sketchy. PS: you can find free parking around the block, just look at the signs.

Photos on the listing did not match the actual apartment. I think the host has 2+ apartments and photos were taken from the better one. One should not mislead like this.

Very clean room with perfect amenities. The landlord offered bread,milk and eggs. The kitchen is very convenient to use.
