Great pool and fitness facilities. Good location in the city.

The building is very confusing: It is difficult to find facilities, the room is far away from entrances, the elevator is always busy, and the layout is confusing.

Awesome apartment. Very spacious with a balcony. We enjoyed having a separate space from our friend. She had her own bedroom and bathroom which was great.

If only they had soap in the bathroom shower. It’s a little bit of a weird area and the building is fairly industrial. But for the price, the apartment itself was great. A lot of space, good WiFi, etc.

The location is good, Car is in a safe garage.

The property was clean, we were just a little confused about the parking, the garage is very safe to park in if all registering steps are followed. When something was missing or needed work on, Katrina and Jonathan were near by to get it fixed. Location is good and everything for downtown is in walking distance, good food places near by. Now for the cons, This place the blinds are not working and In the morning the room is too bright. Once the sun is up a person can’t sleep. It gets really loud at night on the weekends not the weekdays. They don’t have proper supply stocked up. We ran out of toilet paper for washing the towels because they didn’t have that many towels to give us we need a supplies. They only give limited supplies. The doors aren’t working the bathroom doors don’t lock and they just open whenever they want, this was a big issue. The fire Alarm went off three times, just maintenance issue, I don’t know if this falls in the pros section. The hallway smell really bad but the apartment doesn’t smell bad, so this is the pro part. We had to postpone our trip by 2 days, not under our control, LA Fire caused a lot destruction, and our flight got canceled, at the same time Dallas was having a show storm, when this situation got explained to the manager, didn’t seem like she cared, when we wanted to move our dates by two days, since created some issues and only cared about 2 days money, while a state of emergency is issued in LA since the city is on fire. It was hard to breathe in LA Becuz of the fire, we wanted to visit TX. Booking was amazing with helping us, they understood the situation, helped us move the dates, they approved the dates with even asking us, if it was okay with us to pay more. They just approved, didn’t consult and left us with no choice. Booking knew about this and helped us out with the issue. We aren’t a big fan of the property, they were only concerned with the money which they got, but huge fans of booking, they didn’t let us down.
