Loved the king beds x2, the view, the simplicity of parking and finding the property.

That I wasn’t able to stay longer ☺️

I was texted an app with codes. Very easy and convenient. Good directions. The apartment was very roomy and bright. I loved having the balcony that overlooked Deep Ellum. It was noisy well into the late evening, as expected in this area. There were so many great restaurants and venues within walking distance. Location felt safe and it was nice to have the extra security into the building.

The pool was cloudy and did not feel/look clean. It was pretty and enjoyed the layout of the pool. The elevators were very stuffy and hot.

I was so happy that there are 2 full size bathrooms here and 2 king beds! We had 6 of us here and stayed quite comfortably, didn't even need the air mattress. It was great to have a full sized fridge plus washer and dryer. This is the most completely furnished apartment I have ever stayed at, plenty of tp and other supplies in the closet by the door. I can't brag about Duane the property manager enough. He is responsive and came to our rescue with resident parking passes when we were worried about guest parking. Plenty of guest parking on weekdays but may be tough to find a spot on the weekend. Also the gate to the garage swings open toward the front of your car so don't pull up too far. Gave me a minor heart attack the first time lol. Everything was perfect for us and would definitely stay here again next time we are in Dallas.

Sometimes there was a wait for the elevator but no biggie I was on vacation 😊

The rooms were very clean. The view was decent. Lots to do in walking distance. Owners checked in to make sure we got in safely.
